•QDM-CNC40T板材成型機包括送線、衝壓、滑座成型和後頂出（成型）四大部分，採用12轴(可加装融数)伺服控制系统構成.

•送線機構可以無限制長度送線、往復送線。往復送線可以簡化複雜成型件的成型雞度，降低了模具設計成本。

•衝壓機橋可以完成產品成型前的胚料加工，包括沖孔、凸包、成型前材料切除，以及拉深折彎成型等，衝壓部份的使用，可以减少加工工序，節省二次加工成本。

•滑座機構由凸輪、成型滑座和後退車凸輪组成，成形滑座的角度方向可以任意調整，可以轻易的實現微電子複雜的彎曲加工。

•後顶出（成型）機横由三組滑塊装置構成，探用高速強退強進凸論驱動。可以實現芯模移動、三维彎曲、工步變動、產品頂出等功能，可以更快的提高生產效益。

•另外提供了選配零件立體加工座、捲曲等立體加工座的應用將會幫您完成複雜的產品成型。

•The wire feeding syslem can send wire and send the wire back and forth in unlimited lenath. The reciprocaling wire feeding can simolity the molding dilficully of complox forming parts, and reduce the design cost of the mold design

•The stampingsystemcan finigh the embryomaterialprocessing before forming, including punching; convex hull.material removal before forming, and deep-drawing and bending forming and so on. The use of stamping partscan reduce the processing working procedure and save secondary processing costs.

•The slding seatforming sustem is composed ol a cam, a lorming slide seat and a back cam, The angle ol the lorming slding seat can be adjusted arblrarlly, and the complicaled bending process of the micro eleclronics can be easlly realized.

•The post eiection (forming) system is composed of three groups of slide blocks, which are driven by high speed and strong lift cam. Theutility model can reallze the functions of core die movement, three-dimensionai bending,step change, productelection, etc and the production benelit can be improved more guickly.
