•QDM-26機械式成型機包括送線、衝壓、滑座成型和後頂出（成型）四大部分，採用機械原理結構構成。

•採用手臂式機械原理，能夠精確的將材料送入衝床的成形裝置，送料精度控制在0.02mm以內，為您的產品提供了精度保障。

•衝壓機構可以完成產品成型前的胚料加工，包括沖孔、凸包、成型前材料切除，以及換折彎成型等。衝壓部份的使用，可以減少加工工序，節省二次加工成本。

•滑座機構由凸輪、成型滑座和後退車凸輪組成，成形滑座的角度方向可以任意調整，可以輕易的實現微電子複雜的晚曲加工。

•後頂出（成型）機構由三組滑塊裝置構成，採用高速凸輪驅動。可以實現芯摸移動、三維彎曲、工步變動、產品頂出等功能，可以再快的提高生產效益。

•另外提供了選配零件立體加工座，立體加工座的應用將會幫您完成複雜的產品成型。
